PAYMENT METHODS

How do I pay?
We accept cash upon delivery of your order, bank transfer, Paypal and cheque.

If I want to pay using bank transfer or Paypal, when do I have to pay?
Payment has to reach us before the meet up. If you chose to receive your items via post, we will send your items out after we receive your payment.


DELIVERY

How much do you charge for postage?
Postage will be $4(registered mail)/ $2(normal mail) for the first item. Each additional item is $2.

Where can I meet you to collect my order?
We will email you when your items arrive. Meet up details will be stated.

May I know which MRT stations do you usually meet up at?
We usually meet up at Braddell, Novena, City Hall, Raffles Place and Tiong Bahru.

Do you post overseas?
Yes, shipping worldwide will be double of the Singapore shipping, ie. $8 for the first item and $4 for every additional item.

Can I have the measurements of this item?
Yes, please email us with the item number. We will be glad to help you.

Which items can I order?
You can order items categorised under "PRE ORDER" & "IN STOCK".

Can I order items from "UPCOMING *PREVIEW*"?
No, those are for viewing purposes. We will be opening the spree under this category soon. Please join our mailing list to receive emails with we update.

I see some items I like, however the spree is closed!!
No problems! Just let us know, we will open the spree for you.

When can I receive my items?
Different sprees have different shipping and handling time. Please view "Spree estimated waiting time" for more details.

Can you give me a discount if I buy more items?
Yes! Please contact us for more details.

How much do I have to pay in total?
The price listed in our shop includes all shipping fees from overseas and handling fees etc. Postage fees within Singapore or overseas is not included.


OTHERS

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order??
Yes. However we will charge a handling fee of S$5.

I can't wear the top I just bought from you!!
Sorry, we are unable to accept a return. However, we can list the item in our shop for you. If it sells, we will get the buyer to contact you directly.

I saw xxx shop selling this item from xxx spree. Do you have it?
Please email us the details, we will check and get back to you.

I emailed you 2 days ago. However I have not receive any reply!!
